This is my version two BB8. The goal is to achieve full autonomy using machine vision and AI. This will be the world's first autonomous BB8 (as far as I am aware).

BB8 captured the hearts of many young and old. I am no exception to that. BB8 is fascinating due to the interesting engineering problem it poses. It's basically a ball robot with 6 controllable axes.
