ENIGMA-200

The goal of this project is to create a highly efficient and extremely powerful brushless DC motor.

The motor is designed to power an electric Paramotor (Paramotor Project), therefore weight/efficiency are large considerations.

The project started off with a much smaller prove of concept prototype (Proto-1 Gallery) and then quickly evolved into what is now called the Enigma-200 project.

Power:         18kW

Diameter:    220mm

max RPM:    ~4000rpm

Torque:        ~45Nm

The specs are according to design calculations and still need to be experimentally verified. There is still a lot of work to be done.
